I believe coaching training & qualifications are essential for the benefit of clients & coaches and I stand by my belief 100%!

I went on to complete a number of coaching trainings and certifications in the ensuing years. And I’ve consistently learned from other coaches who are themselves, qualified in coaching methodology and practice.

In an industry that’s self regulated it’s been important to me to support my practice with quality training and experiences.

Why?

Because the quality of my clients experiences is richer, more purposeful, outcome focused, truly supportive and more likely to lead to the results they desire because I’m supported by a proven, reliable understanding influenced by genuine lived and learned experience.

There are coaches in the world who don’t have coaching qualifications and who have made a lot of money and have raving fans. They often call themselves mentors but also refer to what they’re doing as coaching. Hmm not exactly the same thing.

I’d personally rather be backed by qualifications. and supported by a proven framework and methodology I can rely on to support me to support you as a client.

I’ll be sharing in depth about the benefits of having a framework and methodology as a foundation of your coaching or helping business in this months.

Thrive as a Coach immersive challenge.

I’m so looking forward to hosting this ahead of opening enrollment to this years self leadership coaching certification using the Thrive Factor Framework®️ comprising a unique archetype profiling experience and expansive coaching methodology.

Having spent the last 14 years working on this it’s so exciting to know new students are going to be starting to learn this for themselves very soon and in doing so setting themselves up to thrive as a coach.
