Instagram Live with Annie Gichuru – Leading a more Racially Inclusive Business

I recently joined Annie Gichuru of Uplifting Studios on an Instagram live, to share my experience of participating in Annie’s program Represented.

I have known Annie for sometime and always appreciated her view of the world. She is wise, generous, graceful and determined to make a positive impact, teaching and coaching business owners to lead more racially inclusive businesses.

I had wanted to join Annie for Represented for sometime, but knew this was important work that deserved time and attention in a different way. So instead of diving in over a year ago when I first decided I wanted to learn from Annie, I engaged with her free resources and paid masterclasses until I knew that I had the space to dedicate to this experience.

In my live with Annie I shared some of the reason why unlearning and learning in relation to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is important to me, and why now was the ideal time to expand my experience.

As I more intentionally lead a global business and focus on coaching clients from around the world, and welcome students from all backgrounds and places to join me in the Thrive Factor Coach certification, DEI has become a next level commitment.

I highly recommend connecting with and learning from Annie. I know she’s going to be a valuable individual in my wisdom circle for a long time to come. So much so, that I invited her to be the DEI Expert, teaching a masterclass to the Licensed Thrive Factor Coach community, focusing on leading a racially inclusive business.
